Shipping Policy

We ship our products via Canada Post. Our shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed for your approval before you submit payment on-line. We believe that Canada Post is the most efficient and cost effective for our customers. All orders are shipped within 24 hours upon the payment of your order is clear and received. If you pay via eCheck, it usually takes 4-7 business days to get cleared. The shipment will be sent out at 9:00 a.m. on a business day (Monday through Friday). Orders cannot be shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If any item is not in-stock, we will notify you via Email.

Free regular shipping is offered on orders over CDN$80.00 shipping to Canada and continental U.S.A destinations. Free shipping is applied automatically at time of check out when qualified. Handling fee and Shipping Insurance fee are all included in the rates illustrated below.

NOTE: Express shipping to U.S. is arrangeable. Please contact us prior to ordering to find out estimated time and cost to ship to your city. Information of such could be obtained upon us being provided your post code to which the order will be shipped.

We ship via Canada Post. Most orders arrive within the timeframe indicated above. If you do not receive your shipment on time, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can place a trace and follow up for you.


Scarlett's Shop offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).

Terms and Conditions:
30 DAYS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order is placed.

DOCUMENTATION: An Authorization of Return Number must accompany your returned item(s) in order for us to process your refund. You will be able to obtain such a number by contacting our Customer Care Department.

GOOD CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund. If the items that are returned to us found being obviously used, washed or abused, we reserve the right to return the garment back to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties, babydolls, bodysuits, hosiery, teddies, swimwear, and any lingerie set that includes a panty. If these items are returned to us, they will be sent back to you at your expense.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with an authorization number provided by Scarlett's Shop. To file a return, please login to your account and contact our Customer Care Department through "Contact Us" page - simply use the form on the bottom of the page and select "Customer Care" from the drop down box. It's important that you include your Invoice Number / Order Number which can be found through your account order history and the model number. Upon receiving a confirmation email with an Authorization of Return number from us, you can follow the instruction in our email and return the merchandise to us.

Receiving a Refund:
Once we receive the return and determine that it complies with our Terms & Conditions, we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise, plus any applicable taxes. Your refund will be credited only to the method (s) of payment used to make the purchase (Including gift purchases). We ask that you kindly allow two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Please note that Shipping & Handling charges including its applicable taxes are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.


It is our priority that every item be carefully checked to ensure defect-free prior to being shipped out. However, in the rare case if you receive a defect item, or if we ship you a wrong item, please contact us as noted above to obtain an authorization number in order to file an exchange with us. We will exchange the item at our expense of shipping, and your shipping cost of sending the item back to us will be credited to you. We will advise you the procedure of the shipping for exchange when issuing the authorization number.
